Je to zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 a ve chv\u00edli, kdy je na propadnut\u00ed deprese \u201ed\u016fvod\u201c, nebo je k n\u011bmu vysl\u00e1n n\u011bjak\u00fd podn\u011bt, se tento stav pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed a nem\u011bl by sebou n\u00e9st zn\u00e1mky nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. Zpozorn\u011bt ov\u0161em mus\u00edte, jestli si odpov\u00edte kladn\u011b na n\u00ed\u017ee polo\u017een\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky:1. Rozbre\u010d\u00edte se rychle a impulsivn\u011b?2. Bre\u010d\u00edte \u010dasto?3. Propad\u00e1te smutku, i kdy\u017e nen\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b?4. M\u00e1te po\u0159\u00e1d pocit deprese?5. Pokl\u00e1d\u00e1te v\u0161echno ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b za absolutn\u00ed propad\u00e1k? 6. Nejste spokojen\u00ed se sv\u00fdm \u017eivotem a mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee to u\u017e nejde zm\u011bnit? \u010casto se jedn\u00e1 o velice negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenky, kter\u00e9 si nejste schopn\u00ed sami vyvr\u00e1tit. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to aj z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee moment\u00e1ln\u011b nem\u00e1te v\u00e1\u0161 spole\u010densk\u00fd \u017eivot na takov\u00e9 \u00farovni, \u017ee propad\u00e1te panice, \u017ee jste v \u017eivot\u011b s\u00e1m. Du\u0161evn\u00ed nevyv\u00e1\u017eenost Jestli m\u00e1te, ale du\u0161evn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, za tyto stavy a my\u0161lenky ve v\u00e1s, prakticky ani nem\u016f\u017eete. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pod\u00edvat se pravd\u011b do o\u010d\u00ed, \u0159\u00edct o tom n\u011bkomu bl\u00edzk\u00e9mu ve va\u0161em okol\u00ed a vyhledat pomoc. Nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba se hned utvrzovat v tom, \u017ee jste bl\u00e1zen. Psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my jsou velice v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 a pomoct se s nimi poprat, n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017eou jenom odborn\u00edci. Ubr\u00e1nit se n\u00e1val\u016fm \u00fazkosti, je prakticky nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou. JAK SE S T\u00cdM POPRAT? Sami to s velkou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed nezvl\u00e1dnete. Bojovat s my\u0161lenkami ve va\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b, lze za pomoci n\u011bkoho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho ve va\u0161em okol\u00ed, kter\u00e9mu se m\u016f\u017eete sv\u011b\u0159it. Dejte ze sebe v\u0161echno, co v\u00e1s t\u00ed\u017e\u00ed ven a a\u017e pak uvid\u00edte, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry se v\u00e1m ulev\u00ed. Pokud to nen\u00ed o nic lep\u0161\u00ed, budete pot\u0159ebovat sv\u011b\u0159it se do rukou psychologa, nebo psychiatra.
